‘Sunnik’ HDG+HDPE Sectional Panels Tank (rectangular) constructed with
hydraulically pressed flanged panels conform to British Standard 1564:1949 & 1975. |
|
Materials : |
|
The mild steel used in the manufacturer of the plates, stays, cleats, and pads for installation confirm to the requirements of B.S.4360 grade 43A. |
|
Tank Panels : |
|
Tank panels of 4’ X 4’ or 1m X 1m square are hot dipped galvanized to ISO 1461: 1999 |
|
Panel : |
|
HDG+HDPE Sectional Panels Tank covers are hydraulically pressed 1.5mm thk. X 1m X 1m square. |
|
Stays and Cleats : |
|
The stays and cleats shall be of similar finishes or stainless steel* |
|
Bolts and Nuts : |
|
Bolts nuts and washer that are in contacted with water shall be stainless steel* whereas those not in contacted with water shall be of hot dipped galvanized type. |
|
HDPE Lining : |
|
2.0mm thick HDPE (High density polyethylene) geomembrane
lined internally on tanks; forming a “tank within a tank”. All seams shall be
homogeneous welded using hot fusion welding. |

Ladders : |
|
The internal ladder shall be stainless steel* or Aluminium type while the external ladder shall be either galvanized or aluminium type. |
|
Level Indicator : |
|
Galvanized indirect reading indicator (ruler type) shall be provided on request. |
