Tank Panels & Pressed Covers : |

Galvanised Epoxy Coated Sectional Panel Tank's panels and covers are manufactured to B.S. 1564 (1975) and hot dipped galvanized to ISO 1461 |

|
Galvanised panels are sprayed internally with one coat non-toxic two pack high-built epoxy with D.F.T. approximately 125 microns. |
|
|
|
External panels are with one coat wash primer and top coated with glossy alkyd finish with D.F.T. approximately 50 microns. |

Panel Thickness : |
|
Tank panels are 5.0mm thick of 1m X 1m or 4’ X 4’ square. |

Standard tank covers are 1.5mm thick of 1m X 1m or 4' X 4' square. |
|
Washers, Bolts & Nuts |
|
All hexagonal bolts nuts & washers are to be hot dipped galvanized. |

|
All other components are fabricated to identical finish to tank panels. |
|
Ladders : |
|
Both internal and external ladders are aluminium type or equivalent shall be provided on request. |
|
Level Indicator : |
|
Mechanical indirect reading indicators shall be provided on request. |
|
Jointing Compound : |
|
Non-Toxic, odourless rubber bitumen sealarstrips and bitumen compound or equivalent shall be supplied. |
|
Packing : |
|
Wooden pallet packing & strapping are provided for protection during delivery on request. |
