‘Sunnik ’ Hot Dipped Galvanised Sectional Panel Tank (rectangular) constructed with hydraulically pressed flanged panels conform to British Standard 1564 and hot dipped galvanized to ISO 1461. |
|
Materials : |
|
Mild steel used in the plates, stays, cleats, and pads for installation, all conform to the requirements of B.S.4360 grade 43A. |
|
Tank Panels : |
|
Tank panels of 4’ X 4’ or 1m X 1m square are hot dipped galvanized to ISO 1461: 1999 |
|
Tank Covers : |
|
Hot Dipped Galvanised Sectional Panel Tank's covers are hydraulically pressed 1.5mm thk. X 4’ X 4’ or 1m X 1m square and are hot dipped galvanized. |
|
Stays and Cleats : |
|
The sides and ends of all tanks shall be supported by stays at the junction of two or more plates. The stays and cleats shall be made from mild steel and hot dipped galvanized. |
|
Bolts and Nuts : |
|
Bolts, Studs, Nuts and Washers conform to B.S.4190 and are hot dipped galvanized type. |
|
Joining Compounds : |
|
Non-Toxic, odourless PVC/Bitumen and butyl sealant equivalent shall be supplied. |
|
Manholes and Vent : |
|
Each tank or compartment shall be supplied with one no. of 600mm square manhole and 100mm diameter vent with insect proof attached on to tank cover. |
|
Ladders : |
|
Hot dipped galvanized ladder or aluminium ladder for tank internal and external are provided on request. |
|
Level Indicator : |
|
Mild steel or galvanized level indicator are provided on request. |
